Market times are Mondays, 3 - 7 pm; Wednesdays and Saturdays 8 am - 1 pm. (If you want all boneless meat, you need to tell the butcher and your total pounds will be less.) This will take up about 3 cubic feet of freezer space. Cuts are your preference as you told the butcher. Final cost per pound = $3.60 to $3.70 |
